I've just found out that I've been upgraded to Professional Membership of the Chartered Institute of Editors and Proofreaders (CIEP). To achieve this, I had to demonstrate at least 500 hours of experience, complete additional training, provide client testimonials, and pass the CIEP's dreaded Editorial Test! But I've done it, and I'm quite proud of myself!
